Director of Professional Services
Bassam Fadol is malomatia’s Deputy Director for Professional Services, a horizontal organization that provides cross-industry technology services as well as technical resources pool that aids in the delivery of industry vertical offerings and solutions. In his present position, Mr. Fadol plays a multi-faceted role carrying oversight of key programs and internal organization initiatives with responsibility for management of the Professional Services department including staffing and resource utilization, development of technology service offerings, development of thought leadership, internal assets, and delivery capabilities, and the development of strategic alliances and vendor’s relationships.
Bassam joined malomatia in June 2009, bringing cross-industry consulting experience envisioning and delivering large-scale business critical applications for fortune 100 organizations. Bassam experience spans IT strategy, transformation, and software implementations.
Prior to malomatia, Bassam worked at Accenture where he worked as a senior technology executive part of Accenture’s Custom and Emerging Solutions practice, based in Chicago Illinois. In that role, Bassam worked across multiple industries including Government, Financial Services, Health & Life Sciences, and Communications & High Technology with primary focus on estimating, planning, staffing, and delivery. At Accenture, he served as North America WebSphere Technical Alliance Lead for Accenture Service Oriented Architecture practice, Accenture’s Enterprise Service Bus and Messaging Community-of-Practice Lead, and was representing Accenture at the Web Service Interoperability (WS-I) organization in multiple workgroups.
Bassam holds a Bachelor of Architecture Engineering from University of Khartoum, Sudan and Master’s degree in Computer Science from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois.
