Jassim Al Khanji

Director of Contact Center

Jassim Al Khanji heads the Contact center business at malomatia. He has over 23 years of experience in customer service in Utilities & Telecom ranging from Field support to contact centers. Jassim is a strong people’s person and values client relationship management and development.

Before joining malomatia he was working with Ooredoo Qatar, managing contact center for Business Solution and Al Nokbha customers and was playing a key role in improving service delivery and customer experience. He also successfully led the Hosted solution business for Ooredoo Qatar contact center pitching and acquiring new business.

Prior to Ooredoo he has worked with Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation (Kahramaa) leading the Field service team and achieving higher efficiency at lower reduced cost. He has play key role in forecasting provisioning and planning supply chain. He was a member of Contracts review committee for the corporation

Jassim has a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Qatar University.
