Mohammed Ali Al-Emadi is heading and leading Government practice at malomatia.
In his present position he assumed full P&L (Profit and Lose) responsible for major practices at malomatia that includes Government Services, Managed Services, Custom and Trade Community Services, and eLearning.
With over 18 years of solid experience in Information Technology, Mohammed has earned the unique distinction of playing an important role in implementing, and sustaining some of the well-known national IT and eTransofrmation initiatives in public Sector. He has also an extensive experience in using emerging technologies in private and government sectors in the managed services, business and e-Government solutions. Through immense capabilities and strengths in project leadership, technology implementation, and management of cross-cultural teams. Over the past years, Mohammed has strengthened caliber and quality of IT solutions delivery, operations, project management, and infrastructure for key industries in QATAR.
During his tenure with malomatia, he ensured year on year revenue growth, and has closed and delivered various large contracts in diverse clients & services. He has defined enterprise technology strategies/solutions that reduce costs, improve efficiency, support organizational goals, and maximize technology investment in government sector.
Prior to joining malomatia, he worked at ictQATAR (Ministry of Information and Communication technology) where he served various roles. In his last role as an Applications Manager at ictQATAR, Mohammed successfully managed the delivery of Hukoomi (Qatari Government Portal), iParks (Free wireless Internet Access in Public Parks) , Government eServices , and Government Shared Services for Hukoomi.
Before ictQATAR, Mohammed was at Qatar Islamic Bank (The Leading Islamic Bank in region) for 7 years in IT Business Solutions, he was actively participating in various banking applications that includes Core Banking Application, Middleware’s, Banking intelligence reporting system, and Smart deposit machines.
