The Qatar 2015 Organising Committee announced today “malomatia” as their ‘Business Partner’ for the 24th Men’s Handball World Championship.
At an official ceremony, Nasser Al Sulaiti, Head – Finance Section, Qatar 2015 Organising Committee signed a contract of mutual agreement with Khalifa Al Mannai Director of Marketing and Communications, malomatia.
malomatia is a leading provider of technological services and solutions in Qatar. It will provide the Qatar 2015 Organising Committee with a dedicated multi-lingual call centre that will remain active until the end of the championship event.
The call centre will offer 24/7 support service through a help-line that will assist the public with information about the event, answer questions pertaining to ticketing, venues, transport and competition schedules. malomatia will also help people to connect with the volunteers or other departments of the Organising Committee if specific assistance is required.
Nasser Al Sulaiti, Head – Finance Section, Qatar 2015 Organising Committee, said: “With the support of Dr. Thani Abdulrahman Al Kuwari, Director General, Qatar 2015, we are happy to work with malomatia to make provisions for a help line for all the visitors to the championship. Smooth communication is important to a successful championship.
We hope to be able to facilitate all the necessary information to provide everyone with an enjoyable championship experience.”
